1.3 The Marketplace services consist in selling fashion items online, namely shoes, clothing and accessories (Items / Products) from us and a large number of brands (Partners).

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Intiquilla UK reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You warrant and represent that:
You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
You hereby grant Intiquilla UK a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
We accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase.
Once the returned item is received on our premises we will process the credit on your next order which will be valid for a maximum of 6 months, with no extending over that period of time.
The value of the purchase must exceed the value of the credit.
The customer is responsible to pay and arrange for the shipping of those items.
If there is a damaged or faulty item we kindly ask for you to provide us with photographic proof, which you can send it to email@example.com.

* Refunds are not available to purchases made with a promotion code.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, we will issue a coupon code for purchasing amount to redeem in our online store.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com
